So, previous review dealt with non-receipt of purchase. I sent 2 emails requesting assistance and received no response/acknowledgement. Figured a 1 star review would get someone’s attention and it did. I was refunded the purchase price immediately, even though I would have preferred the kit be replaced if it couldn’t be tracked. I appreciate the prompt attention but hated to have to resort to a negative review to get it.

I love everything about the spaw day kit. My dog's smell yummy after they've been shampooed they're still a little afraid of the roller but the bomb feels so nice on their feet and they don't even mind getting the bottom of their paws washed good job
Dear Elvis, your products are fantastic! Millie is a recently adopted 1 year old who did not have a great start in life. We tried the Relax oil, paw protect balm and then the pawdicure and manicure on separate days to not overwhelm her. The next week we did all 3 in one session. Next we will add a bath with the shampoo. She is loving everything so far.

Cooper loves having a little massage with this oil. However, I’m not sure about the relaxing effect. He is a Chihuahua, and the word relax is not in his vocabulary!!! But we enjoy our time together.

I really like thae products. The little brush helps get the grime of my dog’s paws. And the ointment helps preven dry pads.
My lab loved the Paw Balm! It worked very very to moisturize her dry paw pads. Would definitely recommend.

Love this for me and my dog, Addison. She just loves her paws soft! I was putting regular lotion on them before, but this goes deeper than lotion....The cleaner is great as well. And the shampoo smells soooooooo good!!!!
Sophie loved her first spa day with Elivs' spaw kit. She was apprehensive at first of the face roller gadget, but once she realized how nice it felt she was all in!
So far we just tried the roller. Wishbone is a bit stressed with the below zero weather. He did stay still while I rolled his body and even his fast. Next week I will try more. It's great.
