Return
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days under the Distance and Home Sales Act.
The right of withdrawal applies provided that the item is unused, any packaging is unopened, and that it is returned in its original packaging along with any original documents. The item must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
In case of a return, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost and for the item until it has been delivered to us. If you would like to make a return, please contact us at hello@spawday.co to receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept shipments that are not fully prepaid. Returns sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Right of Withdrawal within the EU – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the item is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the cost of the item (excluding the shipping cost) to your original payment method within 14 days of the return being approved. Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
If your complaint is approved, we will send a return label and refund the amount within 10 days of receipt of the item.
