Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spawday AB. Below is important information regarding our shipping policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms to ensure transparency and mutual understanding of our service.
1. General
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, there may be occasional discrepancies due to high demand. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to decide whether you prefer to await restocking of the remaining items or receive a refund for the out-of-stock products.
We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders in case of unforeseen stock issues or slutförsäljning (out-of-stock situations).
2. Shipping Costs and Shipping Times
We ship globally from our warehouse in Sweden, and orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days after payment is received. Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that for **pre-orders**, shipping may be delayed. If your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will notify you with an updated shipping schedule.
3. Shipping Times by Region
- Europe: Estimated delivery within 3-10 business days after dispatch.
- North America: Estimated delivery within 5-14 business days after dispatch.
- Asia & Oceania: Estimated delivery within 7-20 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 10-30 business days after dispatch.
Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any potential delays at customs.
4. Import Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These fees are not included in the total price at checkout and must be paid by the customer.
Each country has its own import policies, and we encourage you to check with your local customs office for more information about the potential costs before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay the import fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product minus any return shipping fees. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Pre-orders and Delays
For products available on pre-order, please be aware that shipping times may be longer than usual. While we do our best to ship pre-order items as soon as they are available, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates for pre-orders. If your pre-ordered item is delayed, we will notify you promptly.
6. Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment's progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at [customer support email]. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and offer a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
8. Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@spawday.co. Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
